6.8 As Management for hire working as Project managers
We have broad spectra of how we could contribute in projects. Rather often we as project manager but equally often we are working in steering groups.
We do also rather often have some type of supporting role to project managers where we have the function of a back up that help the existing project management with planning and tracking issues. This is also a situation where we support with knowledge of methods and tools for progress tracking and general aspects of project management.
We do of course also work as project members. In this role, we fulfil our duties and solve the specific issues we are assigned to do.
