6.5 As Educators with a Trainers and teacher approach
Working as teachers and in different types of training roles is for us a very common role. Within our field of competence, we conduct both in house programs and external training programs and courses. We always use highly skilled and experienced teachers in this type of situations. As an example, we could mention that that the founder of the company has conducted courses and seminars for more than 10 000 participants from all over the world. About 6000 of them where managers and the other 4000 where staff in different functions.
